I completed the whole account transfer process this morning, and got my "certificate" on the new website (see image below).

So...logged into the game and...no rewards. In fact, the game acts like I haven't just completed the account transfer process. So I'm like wondering, did I miss something?

Great to be here, btw. Just want those sweet, sweet rewards. I'm impatient. It's who I am. :)

Same thing is happening to me, yesterday I had the +1 AP/DP buff active and today its no longer working

Thanks for the helpful links. It's so strange, I logged out of my seasonal character, logged back into a different character, different server, and voila: Transfer Rewards working. So weird. Must have been a timing thing.

RESOLUTION EDIT: Looks like you can only receive the account transfer rewards if you log into a NORMAL SERVER. In other words, you won't get account transfer rewards on a Seasonal server.

Haha, I switched server after reading your post and it worked! Woo!

Too bad it didnt count the missing days and only unlocked the first 500 Cron reward, but I'm happy either way!

You can simply switch between characters and it will work too

Agree. This happened to me last night, where I logged into a character and couldn't get the rewards, but when I then logged into another character, the rewards showed up like normal. Weird, man.
