The cape clips pretty badly with the right arm in many animations, please do something :c

I'd like to add more onto issues with this outfit.
For some reason, when armor isn't full durability, this part of the outfit... disappears all together. You can preview it happening in pearl shop. It'll clip in and out occassionally. Listen, it's already cold outside, I don't need my nippies showing.
