Its because we have commie market. Everything is at wrong price

Example: I just made t9 horse and had to do everything from scratch because none in market.

1. T8 corser (none in market because only idiot would sell it for only 500mil after taxes)

2. T9 (none pegas in market again)

3. Now I want give my horse 5x krodgalo gear. I managed to be lucky and preorder 2 but now I have to build rest 3.

Okay great i need 200x supreme hard hides. Well none hide in market so I have to gather all by myself. Okay I also need 500x leather glaze for it and ofc there is none market. I have to start doing also alchemy for it. There is 20k preorder because price is still same for it as it was 3 years ago. And ofc I have already sold most of my trace of ascension because I havent had to do lifeskilling before.

I really really hate this market. I would gladly pay 10x amount price for lifeskillers, they deserve it so ALLOW ME GIVE THEM MY EXTRA SILVER.

PA market limit is just stupid. Only other people who don't understand even primary school economy would think the current marketplace situation is a role model

Who would've thought that price fluctuation needing to have manual changes by a person who forgot how many items exist is a good idea

Reason why life skilling sucks is because there no money in it. If it was rewarding to do these items you mentioned would be on the market, but no one going to spend 1-3 hours gathering just to make 10m that just a joke when people can make 100-200m grinding mobs in an hour. Market prices for gathering items are far to low thus the only people who gather are the ones who actually need the material to make something, thus there not selling the matz either. So no one gathering just to sell what they gather for silver, and the people who are gathering are only doing it because they need the matz for something the end result the market is always sold out of matz that aren't even hard to get, people just don't bother gathering them to sell because the reward to do so doesn't exist.

Must be why every literal 'free' economy on the planet is heavily regulated in order not to collapse from various abuses.

If BDO economy was 100% following market supply/demand rule, you would come here to cry because your precious Caphras would cost 20m a pop, as decades of experience with pretend free MMO markets shows.

Seems to work fine in just about any other game. And there's very little control under a true free market and that is excellent capitalism that gives everyone equal footing. 20m caphras is fine but the supply would be high and the demand would be low at that rate. People aren't going to buy overpriced goods for long. The market would take maybe a month or two to calibrate but when it does, it would be good for once.

Caphras might shoot up to 20m, but people won't be paying that price for very long, because they will run out of raw silver to spend on caphras, the real value is about 4.5m each and if the cap was trippled it would spike up and then drop back down to the propper uncapped level.

Both of you clearly never played any MMO featuring a pretend free economy where golden boys set the price they wish on any goods.

Such players don't care if some can't afford the ridiculously price they set, there will always be desperate enough players to buy.

If other sellers dare undercut they just buy and relist at their desired price.

This is why every economy on the planet is heavily regulated, especially with antitrust laws preventing monopoly mechanics.

I mean then i can just be caphras seller or grind caphras zones since the profit gets good

Except if you need Caphras to progress, forcing you to be a Caphras buyer on the market scene.

Then just grind caphras instead of grinding sulfur or orks
If everyone just want to be buyer with silver, price will keep going higher where its not worth grinding orks over grinding caphras directly via lifeskilling or other zones that doesnt just pump raw silver
