I have so much to say after working with the current version of the Shai music composer for about 3-4 days. Everything is sorted by importance/necessity.

[BUG] - Incorrect 6/8 Meter

Currently, when 6/8 is set, it turns out to be 6/4

*Note the Note Attribute is set to 1/8 in the screenshot

[Feedback] Linked Techniques on Notes

1. Place any 2 notes in line as shown in the screenshot, the start of the two notes must be aligned

2. Click either of the notes and change the technique (any will work)

3. Both notes will now use that technique

This may be a "feature" but in my opinion, players should have the freedom to mix and match techniques on different notes on the same beat. 

[Feedback] Piano Muted Sound At Velocity < 100

1. Set velocity to a value < 100 (for example 90)

2. Place a note for piano instrument

The note is muted and does not scale normally from velocity 90 up to 100+

My suggestion is to make a mute technique instead, similar to guitar's mute technique

[Feedback] Triplets

Not a common occurrence, but having a Note Attribute = Triplets would be very helpful.

*Triplets meaning 3 notes per beat. 

[Feedback] Copy/Paste Functions

Straight forward, I want to see a copy/paste feature where you can select single/multi note(s), copy them, and paste them in another area.

Very useful for transposing or repeating sections

[Feedback] Copy/Paste Across Instruments

Allow option to copy/paste cross instruments or a way to export to another instrument. 

[Feedback] Color Coding

Allow custom color coding on each note. This can be used to easily track different sections (ie. Bridge, chorus, melody, harmony)

[Feedback] Brass Instruments

This is really subjective, but I think the addition of brass instruments would spice things up. Trumpet or tuba can be very fitting in a marching band theme. Plus Shai with a giant tuba would be kind of adorable

Adding to this, florchestra velocity of 100-120 sounding the same and suddenly 121-127 having huge difference is also a thing. The velocity should definitely flow more naturally
