I am talking about this line, this needs to be changed/redesigned/removed because it appears over the chat (i cant read the chat line instantly, i need to wait for the chat to go up or the line to disappear), it appears over the buffs icons (depends how you position them, but i keep them default at the moment.

      I want to reposition my chat widgets but i cant do that because of this line, all the timing covering my sweat chat sentences.

      I think this is easy to implement, i dont know if somebody already posted this, but i know this problem for a long time and i saw no changes. 

      Please make it happen.
