A 3080 already heats up a room really quickly and the 4080/4090 is even worse. ...
Need to play in a bigger room :)
Actually, ducting cooling into / out of the room is not a bad idea. Those GPUs should reduce your heating bill in the winter.

Funny you say that, LTT made a video about heating his pool using his server room. He could have probably accomplished this with just one GPU but you know, he wants a pool not a jaccuzi xD
Just use Geforce Now :)
It seemed to me, although the PC is ancient, the question was not about buying something new, but about how to properly set up what he has. Or did I misunderstand@MarvinConman?
I want to get a new PC powerfull enough to fully appreciate how beautiful this game can be, problem is, I have no idea about hardware ^^;
look like he want to upgrade his pc
so i suppose since he bought 12 gen or 13 gen intel ryzen 7 ? rtx 3060, maybe better ? rx 6 or rx 7 ?
UPDATE to older post:
In the quest of seeking the PC to play BDO on ULTRA flawlessly, I think it is safe say that there still is no system that does that to the potential you´d want it in demanding scenarios:
After finally assembling my Ryzen 7800x3D with the same GPU from before (RTX 4090) the FPS on ULTRA setting have practically stayed the same compared to Ryzen 5800x3D.
There is a slight increment overall, yet the occasional dips to 110ish are still there making it obvious we are at a GPU bound scenario at 3840 x 1600 ultrawide resolution, FSR "ULTRA Quality" (actual 77% resolution), everything else maxed except depth of field (disabled). And yea, the GPU screams as if it was Cyberpunk w Raytracing that was on.
At least some fun came in when setting things to REMASTERED at otherwise the same settings. Compared to the old 5800x3D, town FPS run now in between 180-300 FPS which is a nice increment of roundabout 50 FPS, up to 80 on the top end though we do want more on the lows, obviously. That FPS range is huge telling that there are obviously a few hickups even VCACHE can barely handle (busy Heidel central crossroad).
Overall, those results are also a testemony of the superior value the Ryzen 5800x3D still offers for this game.
I am probably passing on the 4090TI the way it looks and either way, it is yet up (and likely) for the next generation of GPUs to finally allow us to break the "ULTRA is for screenshots only" paradigm. Speaking of which: Usually ULTRA looks best yet shadows are often looking unfavorably for me. Which is sad cause otherwise it´s the only quality setting where the object popping is somewhat bearable. :(
