Id say put in a ticket. Since it involves restoring an opened rng box, I would guess the odds of having it restored are low.. but not 0

We can imagine.. if PA created a situation where players knew that they could open an underwear box on one class, then request that it be restored to a different class if they didnt get what they wanted.. there would be a flood of tickets every time. So it would make sense to not restore opened rng box items as a policy..............

BUT Shai are in a uniquely convoluted situation with this item. No shai would ever intentionally open these boxes on another class if they knew it could be used on Shai to fix our outfit clipping issues, so I think it would be reasonable for them to consider this an exceptional circumstance

Also I would think that, if the team is allowed such discretion, they would also take into consideration that you're a returning player. Returning players(to any mmo) dont have great retention rates. This is an opportunity for them to turn a returning players negative experience into a positive one, by refunding an otherwise  insignificant item

They might say no, their policy might just be that strict..but it wont hurt to ask, the support team has always been very friendly in my experience :3 

Sadly even if they do restore it, there is still a 50% chance you will get PJs from it T-T

So hopefully one day soon NA/EU will just let us give them money for pearl items already in our game, rather than gating our cosmetic character progression behind rng boxes :|

Just to update, I did send a ticket. They replied pretty quickly, but unfortunately they said they could not rebox the item because I had equipped it. They quoted a policy that also said that recovery is not available for rng boxes so even if I didn't equip it they probably wouldn't have restored it.

Anyways, I wrote a note back saying that I think they should take this issue seriously. Hopefully since the items are out of the box, so to speak, this means that they will be coming into the pearl shop in the EU/NA servers at some point and then our shai outfits will look like they were designed to look...

Did same action 7 month ago when first underwear , and got same reslut from GM sadly ... I Don't lose hope in future ends discrimination about NA/EU shai players

Some good news at least, in the current special login rewards there is another underwear box, and I think that login event lasts long enough that you'll be able to get them :>

Everyone who has been keeping up with their login rewards will be getting it tonight.. but that also means there is about to be a lot of 3rd time RNG burned Shai running around with PJs sticking out of their clothes for another 5 months :|

I finally leveled my Drakania to 61 before yesterday's update. It was hell. I hated every minute of playing that class and I hope panties will never, ever be put behind leveling a new class to 61. The only fun thing about drakania was the special attack with the dragon and that fun only lasted a minute until I started to accidentally use it all the time. When can we get a dedicated black spirit button?

At this point I'm too scared to open the box. I wasted so much time on leveling that class just for a box of RNG panties that may not decensor shai. I told myself that this would be the only time I would go through all of this. PA needs to sell those panties in the pearl shop. The burnout is real and forcing me to play drakania made me hate the game so much. Nerfing shai while all this was happening did not make matters better. I need a spiked eggnog before I go on a bigger tangent.

I got repeat item again >.< anyone can explain me why we cant get this items from Pearl shop?

PA! You do not realize that in addition to angry at your players, you are also losing money, what sense does this have?

at least I got short PJs, so I could replace the long ones on my main and equip tiger emissary....... its not completely awful as long as I keep my Shai very short 😞 I refused to buy more pjs..

3 boxes in, that means what, like 87% of Shai should have non pearl shop underwear now? A bit less because not all Shai were here for all 3, and some of us didnt know they worked on Shai, but still a huge majority of Shai players have them.

How much longer is PA going to leave us hanging?

@PA underwear sale ends Tuesday, throw the box items in the shop. Most lf us will pay full price to not have to wait another 5 months for another 50% chance to not have shit sticking out of our clothes :/

Apparently new summer outfits are around the corner and Im sure Shai's version will be very conservative compared to other classes, which is fine

but Im also sure that it will not be designed with NA/EU underwear clipping in mind, and will look stupid on the minority of Shai who have been unlucky 3x with underwear boxes.

So again a request to add underwear box items to the pearl store. This is not a request for new items, simply for access to ones that most of our peers already have on their main.

Every week I look at the update in the pearl shop with hope for something to change .. but every week I feel the same disappointment again and again
