Out of 200 people, about 20 can enter the game.
When entering the game, many experience a problem with the entrance, errors in the game itself. Because IP addresses were blocked. Servers are located in Moscow and there is no way for Ukrainians to play.
And now the main reason:
If the Russians find out that you are Ukrainian and play on a Russian server, wait for such situations as: Stalking, Insulting, Stalking in the game without letting you do anything, just stand in the city and in a safe zone, search for you through the NPC and stalking again. Insults like "Die or wait for us. We will come."
Also, the technical support service of the RU server does not block such people and write that "This is a game process."
Also on questions why we can not enter: They say that this is all the provider is guilty. When all the games, BDO EU freely enters and everything loads perfectly without errors.
Many people think "Why didn't you play on EU in the first place and chose RU?" RU server has existed since 2014. EU since 2016 and it has been blocked for Ukraine by IP addresses.

Recently, a forum request to the EU server was blocked by the administration, where we asked for a transfer from the RU server to the EU. The reasons for the blocking are not clear. We just want to get away from there without losing 8 years of work on the account. Help please.

Every day we write to the technical support of the Russian server where they are silent for 1-2 weeks, and then they simply answer with a bot. They also do not help in any way to solve the problem, they will not be able to solve the problem. since February 24, many people cannot enter the game because Ukrainian IP addresses are blocked. Actually, if all Ukrainian IP addresses are being blocked outright from accessing the game, and you have proof, then you can take this up with Pearl Abyss since your region is serviced and you can't access your account through no fault of your own. Also the commenter above me is incorrect with the assertion that PA won't/don't care - they canceled the global siege finals when Russia invaded Ukraine.

OP, the forums are the wrong place for this. My suggestion is to direct message on of the GMs/CMs on the BDO Discord server and explain the issue. If you can prove that you're not able to access the game due to Russian IP banning then they will help you escalate, if you can't prove it then they will likely help you investigate. I don't know if they're technically able to directly move your accounts (afaik there's no precedence for this) but perhaps they can make a move over to the EU server less painful somehow.

Hang in there, OP. As others have said, gather evidence and take it up with someone outside the russian staff. They're technically not allowed to do these things, but it's no surprise they do tbh. Find someone above them and report these staff members too on top of players. It's a shame that gamers and people generally are caught up in wars.

People care about Ukraine, in fact many if not most countries are supporting it. Hopefully this will be resolved soon.

In any case you should consider not playing in russian servers, I don't think Ukrainian accounts will be very safe there for the foreseeable future.

Rules are rules! EU cannot transfer progress to NA, and NA cannot transfer to EU. Simple as that.

If you signed into RU server then it's on you. Your problem. Also, politics and all this should not be in here. This is a gaming community. Please consider putting it elsewhere and contact support.
