any one have the proble where the ship will get stuck in the air and you have to reload buy going to toons and then and get back on same toon and find your self in the water and have to get back on boad and it will now move away for me been going on for years just want to know if other have the same problem

it is a common bug due to some collision problem when ship floats at wharf and you can't unmount or move.
The one where you get a loading screen then back to your ship and it's way further now is due to desync problems. Sometimes, you swim to your ship and can't mount it... you relog... ship is not there anymore... because it's in the position you were in the first place!
A more problematic one is when you have a phantom ship appear and grab the wheel again very fast. You can't move ship, you can't fire, you can't even go character selection or swap server. Every action gives you the try again in a moment error message. alt+f4 is only solution (or getting sunk).

Stupid bugs since forever. They are "investigating" (since 2019).
