You totally should create a support ticket for that.
I'd be imagine if an adblocker or pop up blocker being active, to disable it or trying to use a different browser wiothout add ons could help -> if it just not working or don't show.
But this way it is weird if it specially said there is supposedly no method. It looks like the website is buggy in this case.
