I play Black Desert on XBOX ONE.  I keep seeing pop ups to redeem codes.  when I go to it, it says I have to be registered at the site.  So i did that. I also linked the accounts. The site wants me to pay for packages or do free trial.  I already own the game on XBOX. I have an XBOX Gold membership -that I pay for. Do i still need to buy some membership here in order to redeem codes?

I'm responding to my own post.  I figured it out.  On XBOX you go to menu/ Adventurer Support/ Use Coupon/  ->input code **without the dashes. The rewards came in the email. Go to Rewards/ Email

I don't know if I needed to join this site at all. But it's fine.

This site is only for the PC version!

You can't use Codes from the PC version on the XBOX version!

No, XBOX and PC are completly different versions and you can't play your XBOX chars in the PC version!

My neighbor plays on PS4 and said he had a hellish time "linking accounts" and according to him, you need to go to your character profile on the console and link the account to the PC web account.  You will need to fill out a form on the PC first with gamer ID and other such information.

Megta is of course 100% correct about this being the PC version website.
