Thank you Gino for bringing this to our attention, (and thank you to CM Cadry for answering previously).
As many of you are aware, for the 2022 Autumn Season, there haven't been any changes to the maximum number of character slots. As we mentioned during the July 27 patch notes there are currently no plans to increase beyond 28 characters. This is for us to maintain the optimum backend systems to allow character information to be pulled and used in the most optimal manner.
We understand your frustrations, especially when it comes to wanting to play the new season without having the inconvenience of losing a current character. While it is difficult to expand the maximum number of slots at this time, we will continue to work on providing alternatives that we can offer you in the long run.

it's actually better just send the seasonal reward for those with max char slots and have did season at least once than to force players do the same repetitive tasks for the 50th time

Here is an idea for you! Make it so a person can reset a character to level one and use it in season. No need for new slots then.

Good (similar to the system in Diablo 3) but what next? The last rewards require lvl 61. The vast majority of players achieve it by completing quests. And these are one-time quests. Resetting quests is also not a good option because quests count towards Rulupe 30k / 300 FS.
In my opinion, new seasonal quests (new ID every season) of the main story should be added. In addition, the main story quests should provide experience (such as those from Valencia) in such an amount that completing Drieghan gives the player lvl 61.

Problem solved.
There is more than enough character slots than what needed for the 30k quests, and at this stage of the game it ain't even worth it to do it for the 300fs.

They ain't even need to reset it, just allow picking it with any char and K.
Or it would be even better if there would be a simplifeld season quest, what you take, and you get all the rewards instantly, so you not need to waste time on the same recycled content every 3 months...

There is more than enough character slots than what needed for the 30k quests, and at this stage of the game it ain't even worth it to do it for the 300fs.
If someone wants to get titles for 30k quests (and new ones for even more), he has the right to get them and it's his business how he wants to do it. And deleting one seasonal character is a waste of about 500 quests.

I think it should be allowed to reuse an existing char for new season. The servers can be separate from servers for new char, or the reusing is enabled only after one month.

Allow us an extra seasonal 29th slot: we can create a seasonal character only during the season and it will be deleted at the end of it.
Everybody can make the quests and seasonal events then.

Yes please, new character slot with each season. Not like suddenly we are going to break the game by having more than 28 characters.

So you guys generated the need to buy more slots via-fughars timepiece but are unwilling to increase the cap? Nice development strategy.
