They were supposed to be looking at tuning down certain overperforming classes but those overperforming classes bring in money so why make such a bad business decision. 

Clear meta classes are still making zero sacrifices to have top tier performance in everything, and they've just buffed Awakening Zerker.

Good job everyone can be distracted by the games many balance issues with a shiny new female class. We know how it is, not that it's okay.

Well, for wizard, I won't ask for buffs and such, apart from mobility (can't catch fast classes in PvP), I do alright as awakening wizard, but, something that probably wouldn't make much of a difference gameplay wise but would be a small buff somewhat...maybe you'd consider making the wizard awakening "pet" not get "de-summoned" animation to join every attack that uses one of the "pets"? It'd be ok if I have the water one and use fom example aqua jail and it joins the skills, but, why does the water pet get unsummoned temporarily when I use any skill that otherwise, the fire pet would join? Would be nice if only when you use skills of that element that use the pet they'd get de-summoned. Would actually look more asthetically pleasing and it'd keep the pet damge (although it's barely anything) more consistent.

Suggestion: remove stamina regen lock on primrose sprint 
Details: there is an issue with stamina regeneration staying locked until additional input after primrose sprint, and both awake lahn and succ lahn are way too restricted by stamina, removing stamina lock all together from this 1 single skill could fix 3 problems all at once.
Suggestion: add lingering sa to the 2nd hit of binding chains
Details: lets be honest, awake lahns only real protected damage comes from tailspin vice. skills like  bridled despair and deadly dance simply do not have down attack modifiers, and too many classes have too many skills that just completely ignore frontal guard. adding super armor to only the 2nd hit of binding chains would give lahn the protected damage it needs to actually finish players off when tailspin vice isnt enough. this idea is consistent with the way that many succ lahn skills work, they have an unprotected cc first hit followed by protected damage 2 or more hits

I've been playing this game for over a year and it still has the same problem; the classes are not balanced. Balance in a game with 30 classes is not very attainable since some class advantages will be another's disadvantage. However, the difference in strength between some classes is just crazy to me. It's almost as if the devs don't test the class, which I know isn't the case. So the only that makes sense is that they're using the meta classes to make profit.

Suggestion: Attack speed increase/Cancels/more skill untility.
Details: Ever since the class reboots Guardian especially awakening has lost its class idenity of slow hard hitting. Since her creation she has had 3 second (with max attack speed buff 5/5) full commited attacks with next to no Cancels to get her out of it.  While this was okay before because she still kind of hit harder then other classes on one ability she doenst any longer. She is now 3 second animations and hits like a wet noodle while every other class dances around her and hits her like a freight train per ability.

 

One initional suggestion would be to increase her animations and attack speed so she can actually get an attack out prior to being hit by 5 attacks by another class. Second suggestion would be to give her more cancel options other then canceling out God Incinerator or Juggernaut with Infernal Nemesis. 

 

The final part of the converation intails her inability to actually use 90% of her kit in PvP. As Awakening Guardian the only protected 5 out of her 18 skills in awakeing if fighting multiple people. Three of those skills are a SA God Incinerator, Cleansing Flame and the first swing of Searing Fang (the 3rd hit is protected but not viable in against more then one target). Juggernaut being her only Foward Guard. And Finally her I frame (if not using her 100%) Ifernal Nemesis. 

 

Suggestion for the kit useage give her more viable FG's or possibly new skills with FG's on them.

Suggestion: Makes Tamer defense stat stronger or delete the class.
Detail: There's a lot of very well rendered animated follow up moves in super armor. These are beautiful & well thought. Although, in 1 vs 1 combat against almost all the classes, she die even before the first hit land. I know the team put a lot of effort to make tamer a really fun & good looking class for combat, but it get interrupted by her stats. She sure can dance with the sword & staff without reaching anything.

Class: Awakening Sage

Suggestion: An improvement on Sage's stamina consumption, in order to improve movement and mobility in content like node wars. I'm not asking for Attack speed, all I ask is to be able to move with the offense team during nodewar. Using stamina to keep up with the ball, leaves Sage vulnerable; since his protective skills rely heavily on stamina.

First : Divine executioner/Judgment, Reduce its cooldown from 17 seconds to 15 seconds. Remove stamina lock.

This change will mainly help the awakening sage to preserve its stamina while being mobile and it will help the sage in arena of solare a lot. Also it will help to keep up with the ball in nws, sieges aswell.

Second : SpearBolt/Aftershock will have sa linger now to help the recover stamina and will grant the Sage 20% movement speed buff so he can keep up with the ball.

Sage's mobility abilities are doesn't get affected by movement speed buffs so the 20% will only help him sprint faster so he can keep with the ball.

Details:

Let me start by saying drakkania is so close to becoming my main that its painful, but there are some things that are kind of holding me back from making the plunge. 


Flight and The wings: Firstly I'd like to say that the concept is beautiful and the perfect blend of WoW DH and Guild wars 2's Rev (Herald) And it makes me smile. The real issue I have is that some of the animations look odd, like her flight ability? Why cant the wings be animated? When Woosa and Lahn both have super animated aerial acrobatics and so on. We're a dragon we should not only have more up-time in the sky but our animations in the air and even in the execution should be way more fluent and fun to visibly see. 

Ontop of that while I do appreciate the one winged angel aspect of drakkania I don't feel it really fits, why can't we have both of them? Heck why can't they be involved in more of our attacks as animations as again an added oomph ontop of what we have? I dunno it's cool but At times it does make her look lopsided.

Sundering Roar Effect: Now I love the idea of our inner dragon coming out, firing a big godzilla style lazer out of its mouth and obliterating things. But why on earth is it at the tip of our spear? Why not have drakkania slam her weapons into the ground and roar forward as the visage encompasses her? Make it look more like its coming from us rather then our weapons; We're a dragon. This would make it look way more imposing as well you could even have the echo of the roar over her own voice? This'd for sure be an improvement over the curent more elegant styling. Awakening drak should in my opinion be more feral as succession has the grace and poise of a knight/warrior. Let more of the dragon show in this one; She is free of her burdens. Unshackled and undaunted. Let that showcase in the appearance and fighting style of the class. Most of the other animations are fine; I think they're great and really work well with what she has but between the wings and the roar it just feels kind of odd. ( this could also be said for Savage decree) I think the way strikers warcry works well for this due to how it looks, something similar wouldn't be bad.. as long as its not just a copy paste.






In all honestly I am unsure as to why she just doesn't become the dragon more, I know there is that one skill from the video showcasing her abiltiies which I think is her ult. (It being a 200% black spirit rage means no one is ever gonna see it. Same with the Succession 200% skill.. such a shame.) where she charges up and then leaps high into the air, for a brief moment she becomes her true self and then slams back down. That ability looks sweet and I have no clue where it is or how to access it because it doesn't ever seem to be something you can combo into; But that ability on its own shows that they made the model... so why the heck didn't they use it? 

Could we maybe have that encoperated in... more then just one skill? Food for thought.

Suggestion: Functionality and Balance
Details: Since the introduction of Sorceress as a class it has been a powerhouse in PvP as well as fairly competent at PvE and grinding. But over time it lost some of its appeal to players with all of the nerfs it received as well as the introcduction of classes that can simply out-perform it in PvE and PvP. In short, it's missing a lot of features that other classes have, and simply doesn't measure up anymore.

I would like to see Sorceress revitalized with a conceptual rework from the ground up. Not to make it "stronger" but simply to make it function at the same basic level as classes like Striker or Berserker. I don't want Sorceress to be stronger than any other class, but I don't think it should be missing utilities and tools that other newer classes have, and a rework and addition of the tools that the new classes like Woosa and Drakania have could make the difference!

Shards of Darkness should auto cast when certain skills are used. This smooths out gameplay for Awakening and makes sense.

Sorceress should have more movement abilities outside of her i-frame teleports. She's easily outmaneuvered over long distances by Valk, Zerker, Drakania, Lahn, Musa, Witch, Wizard, Striker, Ninja, and others... Simply add the ability to recast her teleport, but lose the i-frame off cooldown.

Sorceress has always been an evasion class. Her ability to take damage has always been terrible, however there have been talks about removing evasion altogether. I'm not sure if this is a good thing or not, but I will say that since her damage mitigation is terrible, if this is done, I wouldn't want her to be made "tankier". I would simply suggest in adding skill based buffs that increase CC resistance, and allow her block or guard skill to prevent knockdown rather than block damage. But this is based on the speculation that evasion is removed at a later date, which is conjecture at this point.

I would also reduce Awakening Sorc base damage and add DoT effects to all scythe skills instead. I feel like Sorc Main skills have a LOT of DoT effects and Awakening really deviated a lot from the magical aspect of Sorceress and created something like a cloth wearing, teleporting, magical berserker. It doesn't really fit the theme in my personal opinion...

Suggestion: Correct Modifiers

Striker vs shai has an error in modifiers.

Shai has a 50% reduction Vs all classes as she is none pvp except for Vs guanlets, where the reduction has been applies twice by mistake

50%+50%=75% before interclass modifiers.

This is an error that gives striker/mystic and advantage ingame and has never been adressed or explained. please do not ingore this like you did othere issues, we know you do we had to fight for you to listen and your shame was left for all to see (no mater how many posts you removed in the end)

Strange that your team did not agree that gauntlets 75% damage reduction before class modifiers is unfair and an error (such errors where corrected with ninja vs shai, the world didnt end).

 

Can I ask why you do not agree? (Your wording not mine)  Why this damage reduction is acceptable for shai vs gauntlets, or will the GM blanket ignore my request again (2 years of asking)

 

I understand shais PVP related functions are not a priority, but 2 years, common! Drak came out with the same issues but it was shai that had the advantage, that was fix in 2 weeks!

And It has been brought up by streamers too, not just me. EngeliHeart, very early on, but she brought it up as a none PVP shai, Wootaru, He brings it up now and again. (CM's going 'who? i dont know them streamers'.. well they are shai, cause you dont :P)

This feels like another underware issues, where we can ask and ask but if you don’t feel like it. you will outright ignore (not even adress the posts) until forced to address the issue. Common be good CMs, don’t make it a fight again (its in your feedback section in a few forms already, go seach go talk)
