Shai needs an evasion passive or reduced damage ratio to take less damage from all classes. She suffers from limited and costly, not to mention unprotected, movement because she is a support class and is expected by PA to be protected by others because it is a class archetype that is shared in many RPGs. However, this leads to the Shai oftentimes being an easy target for damage, and in a gamer where players can attack with impunity, thanks to their super armor, Shais inability to escape causes her to take more damage than any other class in the game. She deals nearly no damage in PvP and is currently ranked amongst one of the weakest classes in the game with less than 5 Shais in the world making it into the top 100 players for Arena of Solare. The resulting stats which can be seen below support this claim beyond any conceivable doubt:
Furthermore, Shai does not have an evasion Off-hand like Striker, Mystic, and Corsair who all have militia weapons that can be used to get 30 more evasion than Shai can get with gear. Shai therefore can be stated to be less tanky than those other classes who have not only passives but also gear that allows them to take far more damage and have far better mobility and ability to PvP. Shai has none of this and because she has no protections, she has to rely on only her gear to survive which is not possible in the current game. If PA is not going to let shais PvP then they ought to let Shais survive so they might live long enough for friends to arrive and help.
I will further show how Shai is at a disadvantage through the following show of base stats. As you can see from the image below, Shai base stats are average for evasion and significantly worse for Damage reduction. Given this is a class that cannot defend itself and cannot run away to escape enemies, it is astounding that her defenses are not higher. At least we have equality across the accuracy stat, but that's not a stat that Shais even utilize considering the DPS restraint.
Since PA has refused to buff Shais PvP damage repeatedly for years, they should give us the defensive passive we need to survive in PvP. Below are the PVP damage ratios which show just how badly skewed the disadvantage is for Shai. It's so bad that for two of the classes, Shais have almost no hope of defeating those enemies. Which is fine BUT we need better survivability. If Shais have to give up damage, then she ought to be able to survive better.
Shai is undermined by her lack of protection, mobility, and ability to escape or deal damage to her foes. Please consider providing an evasion passive or modifying PvP Damage Ratios to Shai so that she may survive better in PvP. The only class forced to use dp gear has no benefit for using all defensive gear.

This is a reason i hardly want to do pvp in this game, and the SA meta is...
I would wish they did change it, i hardly believe though.

It stems from the rock/paper/scissors style of balancing they had in the past. They still use it for minor advantages/disadvantages for most classes except shai who gets utterly destroyed by it in every single way possible. xD

I'm willing to lose a skill in the tree, Play Dead, for more survivability. A good bump up of Evasion Passive is much desired, unless mobility is far faster than the other classes.

So I want for archer (because he die in 2 sec when match start):
- minus 60% dmg from others classes
- full protection skills
- range grab
- and of course evasion passive.

I for one am fully prepared to support Archers causing and recieving 60% reduced damage in solidarity with their Shai frens.
Those other things are probably fine at that point too

Your reply is a reasonable response to an unreasonable post; I will only say that if his class is so bad, then now would be an excellent time to rise and compile that data into an informative message in his thread.
I feel that a class that can not escape or defend itself should be one of the most defended classes in the game. Nature seems to agree with me, and I suspect why it is a symbol of Artina Sol.
