because they are not even just arguments ... I don't even know what to call it.
What's funny is that my recent list is already an answer to these "arguments". Above all when you say that PvX players won't be impacted...
By the way, we all know that you're simply trying to keep this topic up, bury all opposite answers, and try again the same approach.

In full disclosure, we are currently not considering implementing a PvE-exclusive server.
By design, Black Desert aims to be enjoyed by multiple adventurers on a vast open field, which is why we consider the open field experience as one of the game's most essential features.
However, it is true that this can also be a problem if we guarantee too much freedom of it. That is why we allocate safe zones throughout the game and impose penalties for plays such as unilateral forced attacks.
However, as you suggested, there are circumstances where you get hindered by other players while you are doing life-skill content, such as horse training. Regarding this, we will think about ways to alleviate such inconveniences.

Who are "we" ? because you are a GM. But the actual PA voice are coming directly from PA at a "calpheon ball".
Now, if the "we" as "western GM team" dont want to spread the pve server request to PA, its another story.

Since there a claim that PA actual said something at a "preview ball", as GM team, you certainly have all necessary link and sources.
So could you post the ball sequence link where PA officialy pronounced those words : "open world PvP is a core pillar of the game experience. Therefore there is no change to the official stance of the Black Desert team in regards to PvP disabled servers"
For now, such claim only seem to be a thing on the western website and forum, but not in a BDO kr dev team ball video ( as they are all live / recorded, right ?, i imagine there was no "secret closed door balls only for western GM team ), that's why i would like to see the video.

Theres a post somewhere in this thread where a lot of other mentions, on both NAEU and KR were gathered, I believe by PeaceInChaos, but not fully sure. But you can rest assured, this is not something the NAEU GMs have come up with or is made up. These are statements from the Devs themselves.

Really, shouldn't the whole topic be locked with devs/GM/CM words, on the last page at least?
It's obvious that some participants are simply trying to bury these words to deny them and spread misinformation again and again.

It should. But I think is good idea to be left. Its on board page, with conclusion that wont be any PvE server for now. Its better to stay than new topic be crerated next month. But mods couild put PA statement in the begining of the page. Not that any new poster reads any pages, just come to post something that has been already said.
