Title: Let us choose between short and long cape in outfits

Suggestion/Comments: I believe many people feel bad about short cape in outfits for some classes ( Corsair , Maehwa , Nova , Mystic etc.. ).
It could be nice to have a option in our inventory similar to "Hide Cape", about "Short Cape / Long Cape" so we can choose what length of cape we want.

Yes pliz let us wearing long cape with Nova and others, this short cape thing is killing me inside, game like this should allow us to chose what we preffer.

Also a Maehwa main. Please let us have long capes on all outfits.
The Ahon Kirus has a long flowing cape for Maehwa so this should be possible for all outfits!
