This is a feature that has bothered me for a long time, and I'm sure many other players, especially those partecipating in node wars, will agree.
When your horse is close or on top of other horses, it's hard to avoid mounting on various 2 seaters, to the point that you usually have to waste time moving further away from the horses spawn point, whistle your mount, and then get on.
The solution is quite simple, allow teleporting on your mount, similar to how we can do with boats, within a small distance.
A secondary solution would be to allow locking the 2 seater skill, either preventing others to use your horse, or by disabling your own ability to use any other horse, but I reckon this would bring some disadvantages unlike the first one.
