You must hand over three of the following accessories to Azure Mantis of the Crypt of Resting Thoughts to complete the quest. (Can be multiples of the same accessory)
it lies can not turn in Multiples of the same Accessory

You finish the story/main odylitta questline and you will unlock access to the quest. the +1ap quests starts in odylitta at the "village chief" npc....don't know its name and don't care. it's basically the igor bartally of odylitta.
