Since patch, I've been experiencing slow texture loading. I would load up game or swap characters and the ground textures would be a blurry mess for a good minute or two before they completely load in. Not experiencing it in other games, but I'm having a hard time determining whether it's me or the game. Anyone else experiencing anything similar or has a fix?

I don't think there's a fix for it. I know it occurs when the servers get "crowded" especially if there's a lot of players nearby. Textures are rendered and maybe downloaded (the info only) towards the end of the load cycle. Even with the fastest computer on the market, you will still see this when there's a crowded server. Seems to be on the server's end (mostly). Maybe they did something with the new patch that makes a big difference, I haven't had the chance to play much yet to notice. I'll keep an eye out though.

Its a situation that PA is already aware of and investigating. Considering it happens since the last patch to a large number of people (but not everyone) it may indeed be some sort of bug. Hope to see a fix for it soon ^^
