Tamer Awakening in 2023:
Main movement come from a pre-awakening skill which is not fully protected, don't go through great distance and make tamer run out of stamina fastly.
She heavily depends on pre-awakening kit which is a 2015 kit that is absolutely outdated in terms of numbers, animations and protections.
Accuracy on skills are scuffed as hell. 3-5% accuracy rate on relevant skills. You won't see this in any newer class.
Same for damage numbers. In pvp just beast rampage and celestial slam are below 50%. 
Tamer has no burst right now. For a class that is paper is absolutely needed to be fast, protected and able to burst people. Tamer defensive stats are equal to ranger and archer being a melee magic class. Awakening Tamer 2023 is slow, unprotected and most classes outdamage her. Also she has null AOE and animations are way too long for the damage dealt. This make the class exclusively a duelist class. But due to reboot grab nerfs and pet no being able to cc as it use to, she cannot put pressure on enemies once grab is on cd. Basically a grab bot nowadays. Take in mind the changes to resistance which make tamer grab fails way more since she has not the grab ignore resitance skill that classes like striker or warrior have. 

She needs a full combo for kill most of the classes right now. Mostly of the skills she uses are unprotected making the class easily punisheable.

And lastly the pet. Heilang isn't working since reboot. The ccs it should applies as follow up on skills are random and the damage is null. I won't go into mounted combat because it will me make break my keyboard ;). Tamers are tired of send feedback about pet issues. At this point, most of us even forget to summon our "characteristic" because is irrelevant and make you lose time. In node war for example is way better to respawn and suicide bomb than lose protection time summoning the pet.

Rain Curtain: Q block. Make the skill to instant apply dp buff. Make it not need to hold the key for protection. Following the prebuff routine. Make the self accuracy buff from autos easier to get not making us wasting importants cooldowns and not making us give 3 unprotected autos on air for a 10sec buff because is inefficient.

Heilang:Berserk: Actual effects doesn't fit with Tamer. One of the worse e-buff in game. Change it to something according to her. Add Critical Hit rate/Damage. +AP, +Attack Speed.

Sky Reach: Make the skill an iframe as it used to be, as guardian awakening nemesis step. Remove all the damage if needed and let the skill just as a movement skill. Right now is very buggy. Allow to use it from keyinput from preawakening too. Is stupid to make us waste a quickslot for that since it has been posible until you splitted cloud ride and sky reach. Somehow make the skill able to go up following the terrain. Also add a selfbuff for reduce falling damage.

Cloud Stomping: Jump higher to allow climbing and 3D combat, remove falling animation and speed it up.

Pvp damage from -62% to -30%

Accuracy self buff duration from 3 sec to 15 sec.

Evasion self buff from 6% to 9%

Evasion self buff from 10 sec to 15 sec.

Beast Rampage: Revert absolutely all the changes you made on this skill and bring it to pre-reboot state. Same numbers and same animation.

Celestial Slam: Isn’t a catch skill, is combo skill. Remove stiffness and down smash and add superarmor. Also make the skill cancelable like the rest of tamer skills.

Legendary Beast Dance, Echo

Speed up all animations, right now they are very slow for a real combat.

Highly increase AOE. Same that animations. These skills have a short AOE.

If holding RMB instead of do all moves, which is useless because in pvp core effect doesn’t extend and in pve spots where you could use it for damage mobs will always cc you., continue with Legendary beast dance Echo. Superarmor from Core should be applied on echo too if used by holding RMB. 

Allround Spinner and Flow: Soaring Strike.

Damage in pvp -69,6% to 45%

Flow: Soaring Strike; Make the skill a pre-awakening to awakening swap

Garuda and Flow :Ascension

These skills due to it damage, aoe and null protection don’t fit on 2022 class. Re-think these skills. 

Echo Pierce: Stupid skill and useless right now, not even as a swap from preawakening to awakening. Numbers are very scuffed. If deleted no one would care but since you can't delete 70% of skills of a class and love recycled animations do something as:
Increased aoe, to something like Prime: Void Lighting

Remove Stiffness

Add Superarmor

Damage +30%

Pvp damage from -70% to 45%.

 

Moonlight Strike

Change key priority between Moonlight Strike and Celestial Slam. Sometimes you are sprinting holding shift+W and you press F for do moonlight (W+F) but instead of moonlight, celestial slam (Shift+F) is activated.

Reduce Cd of moonlight strike from 4 sec to 3 sec. This will really help tamer movility going A to B which is a problem right now.

Recover 10 Mp to Recover 45 Mp

Flow: Full Moon

Revert animation change to pre-reboot state so we can do accel again. Now as all you did with tamer with reboto is so slow and barely does any damage

Debuffs aplied from -10% to -20%

Damage in pvp -60% to -50%.

Accuracy rate from 3% to 10%

Heilang: Howling

Revert changes and make the skill a range cc as it used to be. Also remove the animation around tamer with stun. Is useless and no longer needed since you made roaring and void skills for pull in pve. Make the skill Superarmour too. Tamer shouldn’t be punished for giving orders to the dog.

Awakening side dashes: Add a 3rd Dash with more cd. Or add % evasion isntead of plain AP.


After all of this some considerations:

-Newest abilities animation cancel windows are too specific The most recently added abilities for Tamer; Celestial Slam and Legendary Beast Dance: Echo have specific spots in the animation where you cannot cancel into another ability, this is uncharacteristic of Tamer's design, and is really confusing to deal with.

-These two abilities have very long wind-up, and a strange interaction where taking damage makes the character freeze, collide with invisible objects or something that I do not fully understand. I do not know if this is an intended feature, but I do not see any other class suffering from this interaction

-Soaring Strike, Intimidation and Legendary Beast Dance Echo stats overlapping The abilities from Legendary Beast Dance: Echo, give a number of stats, based on the resonance you are affected by. However, these stats are very easy to acquire already and the effects do not stack, from Soaring Strike, Rain Curtain (+20 DP), Intimidation (-10 DP), Leaves Dropping and Gust (+10 and 16 Magic AP) and Vermillion Burn from Garuda. Because of this, the value of the buffs from each affect loses value, as only one can persist at a time, can we please have a different combination of stats so the effects do not clash

-Bo Staff attack range is very small The Tamer’s Bo Staff has a very small range, which is uncharacteristic of a Bo Staff, which is a very large two handed weapon that has a lot of reach. This is applied for all tamer awakening skills.

I have intentionaly ignored preawakening skills on this feedback incluiding rabams but some love on them like giving Resonance 100% critical hit rate for get the damage the skill lose by all the changes made in the pass would be good.
Pre-awakening kit still have skills with NEGATIVE accuracy such Absolute:Surging tide just an example of how outdated the class is.

I'd love any of these changes, but I think for me ECHO PIERCE and CELESTIAL SLAM need pretty large changes. I find both of these skills to be completely useless.

There's a tamer who ranked top 3 in the official tamer tourney 1 or 2 years ago. He can't past yellow grade in Solare. Tamer Awakening class really need change to keep up in group fight.

It's really sad because of all the available classes, Tamer has a lot of potential to be a cool class... but unfortunately it's not. It's the most buggy, constantly changing class in the game. If these changes lead to something positive, but it's quite the opposite , PA should treat her to a decent visual and general rework, because she's like a bin where they keep throwing things that don't fit together . She's  very difficult to play effectively. We have 2023 and Tamer is like playing Black Desert Online Classic...but in a bad way

or just remove her from the game because why wait forever "for better times" for this class....

I don't understand the balance done on Tamer. Playing solare is the most forgiving experience with her. She's doing worst than Shai.

On the world map with gear, Tamer FG get one tapped & does no dmg. She's has a lot of oppening, no range, slow. It's the most BS PVP experience you can get in any game released at the moment. Trying to get one legit kill in RBF is like trying tapping PEN (note: with normal gfx setting).

So Tamer got very nice improvements in Succession... maybe now it's time for PA to finally take care of Awakening???  Because Succession is much better right now when it comes  PVE and even in mass PVP...

At this time any Tamer player will just beg for y'all to fix the class. It's becoming more and more unplayable lately with such overpowered new class releases. Hope we see changes soon!!
