Update 2023-01-18:
This is not Just a Sailing Guild Issue, this is an issue that affects all guilds who store anything im Guild storage.
Unless it says "Officers or above" an Apprentice can clean you out.
Elelaphant Gear,
Siege Gear
Drill Gear
Seals
Chests
everything
Like a Guild Bonus, an Apprentice does not get Paid, however Apprentices can enter a guild, they can open and remove items from Guild Bank.
The items below are then processed into Sellable Items on the Market Place.

There have been Many tickets over this, ALL IGNORED for too long.
All we will look into this, If this was KR, the person(s) would have been Dealt with for foul play by now.
We are Told as Guild Leaders we need to be careful on who we add into our guilds, How does that work if people pay for a name change every week?
We can look and ask for referals, but people lie.
They join, steal, process and leave.

it has been brought to my attention that the [Guild] Titanium Stud ( guild elephant gear ) is also listen as Member and above for Guild Crafting and has also been removed by processes like this.
Many non monitary items can be removed and have been
+1, have experienced it not fun. Support doesn't help if it happens to you.
Support! Custom permissions please!
I'd like to see this type of behaviour also bannable. I bet a player named Belethor wouldn't though, it seems to be the way they exploit the game for money. Pretty sad existence trying to scam guilds like this.

It would be far worse, if "they" knew of a way to get gains on another account and trade Items in value to sell for silver on main account.
Do you people have a thing for 'Belethor'?
Do they get you excited down under?
Hey support, while we are on the topic of guilds, why not increase the amount of compensation a guild has to pay to kick their members. maybe by an amount of 5 million or more plus a factor of 20 or 30 for undue hardship?
Please move on, I did not name you in this post as it is against the rules however, you seem to think this post is about you..... Are you guilty of something or feel left out?
It's not a bug. It's intentional game design, but it's a terrible system. I propose we make guilds like Free Companies in Final Fantasy XIV. Let guild masters set permissions for the guild; create ranks as needed; and through those ranks, designate who can and cannot deposit items, start guild crafting, pay out bonuses, and pop guild buffs.
The whole "you should vet your guild members better" is a terrible excuse to not change your system. This is an MMO, where you meet new people, invite them to your guild, and go on adventures. If the system worked as it does in FFXIV, I would wholeheartedly agree with the statement that we need to vet our members better. However, once they're in the guild, they have full permission to withdraw all the items they want, and guildmasters have no say in preventing it. Vetting is an impossible task.
