Title: Shorten Tamer Heilang Riding Skill

Suggestion/Comments: Too many times I've found myself waiting up to 10 minutes to recast the riding skill because I accidentally unsummoned Heilang, touched water that was too deep, or hit another command on accident. Shortening or eliminating the 10 minute cooldown would be a nice quality of life improvement for the Tamer for those that just want to ride our boy!

They should make it 60 seconds just like the "Attack" command.

Yeah sure, i dont think thats needed considering Tamer becomes almost invincible while riding it. No thanks.
