I think Pre-creation Rewards should be made available again! These items include but are not limited to: [Event] Peek-a-Boo Black Spirit Cube Earring for Shai, [Event] Umba for Guardian, Papu & Otter Emojis, [Nova] Echidna Earring, [Nova] Echidna Tiara, [Sage] Eyes of the Wise, [Corsair] Ocean's Plume, [Drakania] Arkanntham Earrings, [Woosa] Nacre Butterfly Hairpin, [Maegu] Jade Fox Hairpin, and pre-creation furniture rewards, such as Sandstorm Lamp from Hashashin's pre-release quest event and Dream in a Bottle from Corsair's pre-creation event. (I can't remember the rest of the Pre-creation Rewards, so if you know of any others, then please drop a comment!)

The aforementioned details—i.e. bring back these items—is the core of this thread. The following details are screenshots, my personal argument for the re-implementation of these items, suggestions, and shoutouts. In other words, the rest of this post is not a "requirement" but rather a discussion. My Personal Argument for the Re-implementation of These Items

I understand that these items are "event rewards" and "exclusive," but I don't think that this is fair for the following reasons:

1) The most "exclusive" item in the game, the pre-order Shudad, has already been re-released in not one but two different versions!

2) Most event items have already been brought back at least once, if not multiple times, including "rare" event items (e.g. Chick Balloon Headband, Puppy Balloon Headband).

3) Some of these special items have already been brought back (i.e. Papu & Otter Emojis).

4) Some of these special items haven't always been family-bound—if you had to delete a character with these special items (e.g. to play a new season), then you lost said items.

5) New players will never be able to pre-create these classes for their special items.

6) Existing players have access to enough character slots for duplicate classes and, by extension, should be able to have additional special items for said classes.

7) The transfer of service from Kakao to PA meant that some people lost their accounts with these special items.

8) Furniture~! Sometimes, one piece just isn't enough~! (Does anyone else want a bottled ship collection?)

I would also like to mention that the distribution methods were very different (e.g. challenge rewards, e-mails, in-game mails without expiration dates, in-game mails with expiration dates, quests) and being so different, that may have been confusing or misleading. Did you know that if you miss an in-game mail with an expiration date, the support team doesn't have the tools to restore the item? Plus, the pre-creation event duration and distribution times may have been inconvenient. What if you were deployed and unable to access the game? Hospitilized with COVID? There are many, many reasons why people can't play and may miss an event. In my opinion, they shouldn't miss these special items, too!

Suggestions

There are plenty of options to re-implement these items. The Pearl Shop is the obvious choice (please take my money, PA ♥), but recurring season pre-creation events or the Season Pass/Black Spirit Pass are also a great choice. Actually, the release of today's [Loyalty] Underwear Box made me think... Why not add these items to the Loyalty Shop in a class-based box with a restriction of one per character? (Prefer more exclusivity? See my post further down!) Remember: these are just my ideas. If you have others, then please leave them in the comments!

^And, I love it—to be honest, more than my own ideas! I even remembered... PA is adding lore to outfits, right? This could be an opportunity for PA to add lore to Pre-creation Rewards, too! Oh, gosh, I want that so much!

"I think every time a new class comes out they should celebrate it's arrival by offering these in the Pearl Shop at the very least.  It's fitting, makes the Dev's and players very happy."

^What an excellent time to offer these items in the Pearl Shop! Win-win for everyone, whether or not they're playing the newest class!

GreenShadow also had a wonderful idea:

"I think they could do that in a way that you need x days in that class to get the reward that was available long ago. 

This is my idea, so it would feel rewarding considering how many time you have put into the class."

Oh, no! I'm so sorry that you lost your account! Thank you for reminding me about the transfer of service—I forgot to mention it, but I bet that you're not the only one who lost their account and these items. It's another important reason to bring them back!

Aww. :( I see that the thread got its first dislike—but that's okay! It's a great opportunity to invite people who don't like the idea to share—why don't you like the idea, what would make it better for you, etc.

When I decided to post, I knew that some people might have an issue with the exclusivity factor—and I 100% understand. I once shamelessly decided to share a screenshot of my Sorc's exclusive pre-order Shudad set—you can't get those sweet leggings anywhere else! ;P (I'm awful, but I'm proud to be from the 2016 launch! lol)

Whether or not that's the problem, I have anticipated some solutions.

Speaking of Shudads, that's a solution in itself! We have Glorious Shudads and Shudad Blacks; a similar item could be created for the Pre-creation Rewards—Peek-a-Boo White Spirit Cube Earring, Hedgehog Earring/Tiara, Contacts of the Ator, Desert's Plume, Windstorm Lamp, Nightmare in a Bottle... Oh, gosh, please, don't use my name suggestions. lol (I couldn't think of one for everything! Can you? Let's hear some alternatives!) I'm OCD, so I'd prefer the original item, but hey, I can compromise! ;3

To modify some of my ideas from the OP to be more exclusive: instead of a Pearl Shop item, a seasonal Pearl Shop item (maybe an anniversary or Black Friday sale?); instead of a recurring Season Pass reward, a one-time Progression Pass reward; and instead of a per character Loyalty item, a per account Loyalty item—and, of course, not all of the above! Just one!

I didn't mention challenge rewards in the OP, but... We don't have any playtime rewards past 10,000 hours, do we? ;3

Let's hear your ideas on how to re-implement these items! And, just to reiterate, if you don't like the idea for this or any other reason, please share! Let's make this an idea that makes everyone happy! :3

Great ideas! Would love for these accesories and furniture items to come back in some form. That's a fantastic idea! I actually played a game that did that! They had a cash shop variant and a quest variant. Oh! And, with PA's recent interest in adding lore to outfits, that'd be an amazing opportunity to add lore to the Pre-creation Rewards! Oh, gosh, if they accept my idea, I hope that they pick your idea for implemention. I'm excited just thinking about it!

That sounds super cool :D. Of course go ahead! Hopefully PA takes consideration for these ideas. We need more variety with accessory items in general, and bringing back previous ones/recolors is a great start, same with furniture too!

I just remembered that I once heard a rumor that these items were still available in the Pearl Shop of another region—can anyone confirm? If I remember correcly, I heard that they were the same item but a different grade. I don't know anyone from other regions, and I can't find the source of the rumor. :( But, if that's true, then that's another reason that PA should give NA/EU a way to get Pre-creation Rewards again!

I added "Character" for clarity—just rolled off the tongue a little better.

"Pre-creation" vs. "(Pre-)Creation"

I realized that I mislabeled some items as Pre-creation Rewards when they were Post-creation Rewards. The relevant items were always in the list in the OP. I don't remember which is which—just that X item came out with X character. In the spirit of transparency, I added parantheses to indicate the optional inclusion of "Pre-."
