Suggestion/Comments:
I would suggest to stop taking your most successful pvp updates in years out of the game FOR MONTHS!
It has been almost two months since you disabled Arena of Solare in EU&NA region. Why? I would barely understand ranked mode being disabled while you develop changes but there have been no news about any changes aside from you saying that there will be some. Why not tell your playerbase more about it? Why those changes can't be developed during a ranked season? Why do we have to wait for 2 months possibly more as there is no date for the start of the second season when the content is there ready to be played?
Next suggestion:
Enable practice mode outside of the season.
I don't see a reason not to do it. Just let your players enjoy your game.
tldr: Stop taking successful pvp gamemodes out of the game for unreasonable periods of time or permanently (looking at Shadow Arena). Just let the players play the game.

Quite simple, pa doesn't do anything unless they can monetize it. How was aos making pa money?
It wasn't so why pour resources into improving it.
Look at all the other activities they made and just quietly shelved.
PA logic is simple if it makes money do it.
The biggest money makers are new classes, seasons, and the horrible enhancing systems. Anything else is pointless. Until the community finally stops feeding pa the endless supply of cash nothing will change.

But it was already in the game. Removing it doesn't make them more money either at that point it's just wasted dev time and wasted money. If anything it has a chance of bringing more players to the game due to accesibility of the game mode and those players might buy outfits for example or other things.
