Support for the game is generally done locally, both in NA and EU. Not in Korea.
8 hrs is still a "less-than-normal" turnaround time for tickets, especially on the weekend. Please also remember that making multiple tickets has no benefit for you, and simply clogs up the ticket system, to make everything slower.
The answer to accidents like these is to simply be patient and wait until you get an answer to your ticket. It will be solved soon.
