There are also other pretty strong bonuses new players won't have: Pen Helms Destroyer Belt, Pen Earring of Sealed Magical Power which can't even be obtained anymore, Pen Militia Offhand. All those Combined make for some pretty disgusting evasion builds. Even if you're not a new player those are near unfightable on most classes. 

Most veterans won't even bother staying on season chars after they get the benefits, and most real new players won't even perceive what you're explaining here. 

I'm not saying there's no problem at all, I'm saying this problem will barely impact players and those who will feel that something is wrong will also quickly find the solution. 

I remember fighting a new a player a few season ago at season arsha pollies. As you said the new player couldn't onecombo me most of the time meanwhile I killed him without cc sometimes. He always did decent/alright combos but it often wasn't enough. You can't really do perfect combos always when lots of your skills are on cooldown, so that wasn't really a mess up of him.

Was the Corsair release season. Was playing succ Corsair and the new player was playing awakening ninja.

I was running full budget crystals. My crystal set probably was blue crit offhand, precision mainhand, red fang valor gloves, 4x cheap macalod, and not sure what I had as the last 2 crystals, maybe 2 cheap gervish, maybe special evasion in chest idk.

Don't remember what the ninja was running, only remember it was actual crystals unlike me 

I'm not a veteran, playing for a year and half and being mainly afk lifeskilling.

My gs is low and I'm still facing real veterans myself.

I'm against this post since you're asking for new players and veterans to play on equal stand when veterans clearly deserve to have better stuff.

I don't understand myself, as a non-veteran, this kind of request... You're kind of asking the game not to reward the players who invested a lot of time and energy in the game...
