so is mean we will be able one day to enjoy those regions in few years ? maybe before the second half of this decade ?

yes but only when Intel has made their 10th generation of GPUs and Windows 13 is out, I would assume another decade or more considering how long it took them to redesign port ratt multiple times then throw away the mountain and theme aswell as them constantly scrapping ocean content. Unfortunately Pearl Abyss has a history of changing their minds during development for unexplainable reasons which is why a new region spunoff into an entirely different game but it was entirely singleplayer called Crimson Desert only for it to be in development hell with AFAIK no progress on it because who would have thought creating a spinoff game instead of an expansion in black desert would ever be a worthwhile endevour.

Im hoping Pearl Abyss will improve their clearly lack of structured development at some point and im hoping it will start with the new continent but my expectations of them doing this are rather low, that being said despite the scuffed development structure im sure it will work out in the long run!
