Well they don't play with their own game so they probably think that ppl just go here and play with their regular gear and ejoy the caps. Given how clueless they are they don't even have idea about how exploiting caps is the meta here.
i legit swap more gear and crysals and artefacts and lightstones for capped content than uncapped. the advatages are actually cringe vs ungeared/poor players. and thats without mentioning consumables at all.

Killing green grade offhands is also bad direction. You should rethink balance and give each OH identity. Your game your choice, you choosed the easiest way like always.

No one killed anything. Having the option to swap a 100B item for a 3B item and be better for it was abysmally stupid. I think Diablo 3 also suffered from this, having blue grade gear outperforming uniques.
Green grade should definitely not be a strong alternative for end-game. An affordable placeholder till you get the BiS? Sure. And speaking of which, evasion boss helmet when? :D

Please think of something else, like just removing the special attack damage from the green AP offhand. We already have way too much damage in pvp and we sure as hell don't need more

Yeah that would've been the proper solution, but PA again picked the lazziest solution without caring about the balance aspect of the game.

There was already a over abundance of damage it hasnt really changed much from what i have seen from kr streamers , i think this will blow over after a month or two an people will just accept it. Tbvh it seems more of a pve buff cause of the caps (that shouldnt exist in the high end at such low caps).
To fix the issue they could just make ap brackets be PvE only and then re-add renown for DP, and then make it where the high end the scaling fulls off. This would help, but class modifiers towards other classes need to be removed first to see if these other two are actually needed. We already know PA arent interested in fixing the issues with over abundance of damage rn

This is a bad change. It introduce yet again more damage into the pvp side of the game where damage dealt by classes is already way too high. Should remove 10% special attack damage from green offhands instead or compensate the buff to boss and black star offhands with defensive stats somewhere else. PA Stop being slaves to ignorant players and have the courage to make changes that are healthy for the game. Stop just mindlessly buffing everything which results in power creep growing out of hand.
