You are the one you respond that gear is irrelevant in gear base game. And pls don't bring your "owPVP" where you spamming DFS in chat while of full PVP buff vs someone who clearly don't come to PVP, and when its PVP time ppl <who like owPVP> can't even close gates.

First sentence - - > no, I'm not.
And the rest of your answer makes no sense.
If you want to go personal, try to know the person you're talking to, at least.
So, the idea is that... I fear that the majority of players are still in a range of GS in which they still feel the need to get a better gear, thus they're unable to understand the situation OP described, and this change about NW was really asked by players.
For sure, it's still sad that highly geared players are impacted because of that ; devs must think about every range of GS, and currently the number of occasions to use a hard build high GS in pvp is greatly reduced.
