Mystic should be on par with Shai dmg wise. Their entire kit is based upon defense stats. Including passives, scaling, E buff.
Nerf striker too. Choose an identity. Either Striker is a melee tank or a high DPS char. Can't have it BOTH ways. All the same principles apply. Pearl Abyss specifically states classes like Ranger are intended to be squishy in exchange for their dmg output.
