Make guild manors a thing instead of guild houses. Not far that you have to bid for a guild house that lasts only 2 weeks....Every guild should be able to craft and have its own workers for the manor instead of using your own workers. Plz make guild manors!

whats the point of a guild manor?  what will a guild be able to do there?  there are guild houses in game?

I agree with this.

I understand the reasoning behind the suggestion, it would be a cool small hangout with your guild but most players don't even interact with their own homes. Customization within a Guild House would be cool though. I think rather than making "Guild Manors", a change to the Guild Houses would be best, one where you could customize how the interior/exterior look.

ich hatte zeitweilig 2 Anwesen und zwischen diesen gewechselt - seitdem kann ich kein Gildenhaus ( Anwesen ) mehr einstellen - "loeschen" bzw. abaendern ist soweit auch nicht moeglich , ein Port schlaegt ebenfalls fehl . sind hier Bugs bekannt ?

Can't read your screenshot, but make sure whoever's manor you're choosing to set as your guild manor, has an active manor contract.
