Suggestion/Comments:
Due to the recent crystal change the green AP gear, such as a Steel dagger, vastly outperform the boss weapon counterpart, nouver. Please replace the resistance on nouver with special attack +10%. Perhaps add it to kutum too.

IDK if this would be an improvement or not. This would fix the issue with the green offhands being better, on the otherhand this would be basically a damage increase on the board when there is already too much damage according to some ppl. With the current you atleast sacrafice special eva and some HP for that extra damage, but with this there would be hardly any tradeoff.
