That's about it, PA is killing the pvp scene of BDO with the recent balance changes and the release of Maegu.
- We didn't need even more high mobile and elusive classes (yeah, Succ Sage) to have this insane damage. There is overall TOO MUCH DAMAGE in the game, stop giving free damage to every class PA.
- We didn't need classes that have a lot of i-frames and escape options to have even more of those.
- We didn't need Maegu at all, that class killed the fun of PvP. It's a class that excels at everything, clones are disgusting, unfun to fight against, unfair, few classes can allow themselves to spend their stamina and cooldown of skills to catch a Maegu, hope it is not another clone, then try and catch the real one while she can just go back to the clone without any punishment. Maegu also has way too much damage, it's hard to believe developers released a class with those numbers and multipliers.
What is hard to believe on them miking money by purposely releasing broken classes?

This tbh
FOTM (flavor of the month) is a selling strategy, and its not going away anytime soon.
it gives a huge boost to sales and marketing of the new content.
Naturally it has to be really strong, otherwise the investment wont feel worth it.
Give it a few months, then the nerfs will come... like they always do.
if class sux = way less money
But is is also lame that they'll ending nerfing the class such that it's just another nameless no-one in a group of nerfed beyond recognition classes waiting to be grabbed and smashed into the ground, while remembering it's glory days.
I'm just glad I went Awakened Nova, so my story isn't really sad....
And it's highly unfair to Woosa, who's in the limelight for a month and a half.... and then, forgotten forever. I wonder how many twins' stories end up like this... that one will forever (until it's nerfed, who knows) outshine the other....
They should never release two classes at the same time.

The last few classes are nothing more than a noname cash grab for quick bucks without any kind of depth or care about the quality. They don't even bother adding outfits to them anymore, they are milked dry, and they can just be boss alts at this point, nooen cares.
Kinda funny that while they can keep the playerbase somewhat staíble with these rushed asset flip classes, their financialls looking worse with every year so it ain't even that good money maker it seems.

I realistically don't think they care about stability and just want players to "wait" for their class to be in a state like succ sage is. Their last couple events with Heidel and Calpheon Ball they stated about no large sweeping changes, yet, Succ Sage and Maegu are here and the upcoming nerfs are the only minor adjustment. Sad to see.
Woose and maegu both are in the top 3 for nearly every relevant grindspot on garmoth despite still missing skills from their kits.. Woosa is hardly forgotten, rather she is better at endgame spots that succ hash while requiring half the effort and being much more forgiving due to her high sustain. Maegu is also overperforming at nearly every grindspot, but its because her numbers were inflated to rediculous levels.

I wouldn't mind this too much if the release of a new class was a rare occurance, yet it feels like there's a new class added every season, which mean by the time one new class gets nerfed/balanced a new one arrives
