Hi. My apologies if this is in the wrong place.
When loading a character, my Maegu is frozen with arms spread and remains that way without any animation until I move her. I have seen other Maegu do this. Is this a bug?

Hi there, yes this is part of the known bugs:
When wearing the [Maegu] Moonlit Silver outfit, certain abnormal character movements will occur in the following situations.
- [Pearl Shop] When you click to show the exclusive action.
- When accessing the character for the first time.
- When equipping and unequipping the Fox Spirit Charm.
