disable all pvp on non arsha channels asap! or rework it so if anyone kills anyone in lifeskill gear there equipment downgrades right away if they have no gear on minus 1 million neg karma now!

Level 49 cannot be attacked, even outside safezone. All AFK lifeskills can be 100% be done on a level 49 character. Processing, training, fishing -- all AFK lifeskills that can be done outside of safe zones -- do not require high combat EXP.
AFK'ing on a level 49 is your answer to your problem. My fisher is level 49, fishes anywhere I want him to. I train on my main, however, I only AFK train in safe zone.

It will never happen. Especially the gear downgrade part.
Make a 49, leave it there and lifeskill/afk in peace.
