Just finished my 7 day free trial, had fun playing and decided to purchase a game pass. Both credit card transactions declined, and now they want me to make a Paymentwall account. Has this happened to anyone else? I'm really tempted to just find another game to play. What kind of company makes it difficult to pay for their game.

Are your cards and/or bank account enabled for out of country transactions? This is the issue I originally had when making payments, my bank notified me by email the next day this was the reason why no transactions were occurring.

Some players also have trouble purchasing through the VISA checkout but have no problems when using PayPal. You're also not limited to purchasing the launcher, you can easily purchase the game through Steam as well.

Hello Vilen, when I first made a purchase my bank blocked the transaction and sent me a text to verify if it was fraudulent. This is working as intended by your bank's policies. But after confirming the transaction was not fraudulent I could try again and it succeeded just fine. Please contact your bank to permit authorization for the transaction. It may appear as something like TERMINAL3 to your bank. If you don't want to go through that hassle, Thyrnan raises a good point that if you have no issues with Steam, you can buy it from there but be warned that you cannot transfer your progress over from PC to Steam or Steam to PC. IMO it's best to resolve the issue with your credit card company.

Hi Vilen, I'm glad that you posted this here. I ran into some issue with Terminal3 Paymentwall the other night too. Spent almost seven years playing this game and never had any issuse. During my last purchased i was told that my order is put on hold. In order for the process to coutinue i needed a screen shot of my payment confirmation, a front and back copies of a goverment issue ID, and a photo of me holding the same ID next to my face in order for them to give me my order. I refused to give all this pravacy info online, plus i never heard of this before. If your debt/credit card is decline then that's all it would say during checkout. So i refused to give them this information that they requested. Now I am block on Paymentwall, which is the only PC version way of making a Acoin purchase. If i had not spend so much time on this game i would just walk away. 

Okay just want to update and say that both my friend and I had the same issues where 3D verification would fail for whatever reason. The bank had no issues on their end and also sent the confirmation text.

The way around this was to pick Pay Pal and select debit / credit card and do that instead.

This is strange since the bank saw no errors on their end except the transaction didn't complete. Using Firefox (latest version)

I suggest anyone who have issues with this to submit a ticket including the browser and browser version you are using and the steps you are taking which results in that error. Please make sure to not include any credit card details to support!

I heard of nightmares about Paymentwall how people done transactions mutiple times with no problem. Then one day they will place a transaction on hold and ask for sensitive info. If you don't send them that sensitive info they will keep you from doing anymore transactions.

It's the sole reason I'm playing through Steam cause I can use Steam wallet to pay.
