Not able to craft a second Godr Eyed item.

Hi all!
Came across a strange problem. I litterally cant craft a second Godr Eyed item. I've tried using alt characters, removed socketed crystals, even crafted a third BlackStar still with no success. Could be a possible bug or it just wasn't meant to be lol. If anyone has a suggestion to help fix this let me know!

Well did you do complete all requirements necessary for the quest to show up?

I have done all the previous steps to craft my first godr eyed(Vediant), now when I go to the same npc the diolage option to trade with her doesn't pop up. I have no chat selcetion that allows me to turn the weapons into her.
