Sometimes the chat bugs and puts text to other lines like visible on the image:

Note that most of these texts should not even be displayed since they aren't enabled.

So I had to move my chats around to make sure I could have two chats (system and guild), plus two quest widgets (main and all).  You can do this by editing your UI.  Tap your escape key (I hope you're on PC and not console), and then in the top row, there will be an icon with a plus sign in a square, and the plus sign legs have arrows at the end.  If you click that, you can go in and move your chat widgets etc....  So you can put things on the left or right, and resize them to how you want them.  It can be a pain the first time, but once you get something you like, you can save it as preset 1 or whatever.  Then all you have to do if it gets messed up, or you have to reinstall when you get a new machine, you just reset it to that preset, and you're golden.
