The demand is there, so it would make sense add it to the worm fluid collecting drop tables, instead of whacking up to 20 worms to get a batch of 5-7.  Would make a pretty ok alternate gathering zone, would provide pvp people with their consumables, and would make imperial alchemy delivery profitable rather than a net loss.
