How come NA/EU players didn't get these outfit sales?

This week, SEA servers got 20% off Salanar, Secrua, and Coconutty Pirates.
And we didn't.
What's up with that?
I get that their pricing model is different, but still... NA/EU has never seen these 3 outfit sets go on sale.

Jeez man, be patient and wait for next week! We got the re-release of outfits as SEA got last week... Just be patient, we will get those next week.
