By grindy I mean like killing mobs over and over again in the same area for hours on end. I find that really tedious.
I've finished the season with full pen tuvula and I think can get boss gears from it. Some people have told me that the real grind begins now because I'll need to grind for gears stronger than boss gears.
In terms of what I want get out of BDO: I like pvp, especially group pvp like with my guild and that kind of thing (haven't played pvp in this game yet), and I don't mind being killed more often than I kill other people but I don't want to die in 2s. I also enjoy doing stuff in group settings with other people like world bosses, raids etc but I don't have to become an end game player with top tier gears. I'm not into life skills at all. Basically I'm a filthy casual that's into MMO elements but don't want to spend too much time on it (cuz have a busy job irl)
I want to do all of the above without significant grinding. Is this game for me or it's time to stop?
very if you want to be in the top
just upgrading your equipment will cost your sanity

Take it slow, join a T1 NW guild to test out group PvP in the game. PvP generally acts as a motivator to chase more gear scores. It might also be a detractor depending. You can also sidestep now and explore other options in the like if any of the lifeskilling is more fun to do compared to grinding? When I was around 240 AP, I hated grinding the spots so I only did bartering for days. It was only at around 277ap I went back to grinding mobs.
