Suggestions/Comments: Improve the current T10 system to make the Mythical horse more reasonable to obtain. 

Problem:

The current system is fully time-gated meaning that someone could go years without getting either T10 horse, as there is nothing they can do to increase the amounts of Ferns they can obtain. If the person in question is Master training, then it will take roughly 10 days before they can go for T10 again. This would mean they can get roughly 37 attempts a year at a FLAT 3% chance to succeed; obviously, if the person is Guru this will slightly increase (4 more attempts a year). The system feels massively unrewarding given you could go for years without seeing your T10 succeed. The issue isn’t anything to do with the money it costs or the time investment it takes, it’s the fact you cannot do anything to increase the chance of you obtaining the horse and you may never get it.

Proposed Solution:

On each failed attempt to obtain T10 the flat 3% chance you start with increases by a select amount, starting with 0.1% and scaling with training level e.g.

 If the above was implemented an example situation would be as follows:

If the person in question is Master Training (level 1) and starting at a flat 3% chance (base) and they unfortunately failed at T10 for a whole year, they would be at a 10.4% chance at the end.

With this in place, someone can slowly work towards the T10 on every failed attempt but can increase their chance at getting it by levelling their training at the same time. It would mean no matter how many times you fail, you feel like you are getting close to succeeding eventually, making the system way more enjoyable overall. In addition to the above, increasing the daily amount of Royal Fern Roots a player can obtain would also help with the issue but not solve it like the above suggestion.

If the above suggestion of increased chance to succeed based on training level was implemented, I would hope anyone previously who has attempted T10 (if they are using the same horses throughout) can obtain the increased % chance to succeed.

I hope this page gets some traction and some attention brought to this sad system ☹  :( 

Going above +90 fails atm and it is not fun system to anyone, the current % wouldn't be an issue if it wasn't time gated activity.

Pearl Abyss need to do something about this. The current system is unbelievably bad.

Highly agreed, it seems so dumb to lock away T10 horses in this way. It actively discourages even trying, given that you get a flat 3% chance of success, which ends up with people spending actual years of trying without getting a T10 horse.
