Balance recovering from abnormal states

SUGGESTION:
Make is it so that every class can shake off abnormal states in exact same time. No matter their animation speed, game mode (open world, aos, rbf, etc), or buffs etc. Especially with getting up from downed state. 

COMMENTS:
Currently there is a gap how long it takes to recover from an abnormal state between classes. This affects even end of V-usage. The rule of thumb I've noticed that most melee classes seem to recover alot faster than casters. Especially with awaken mages whose animations are already slow the recovery time from downed state can seem really, really long compared to say a Berserker. Add in slow that can make that time even longer and possibility of combo it really steals away any counterplay except possibility of V. 
This suggestion could be implemented with a buff to DP stats since with one-hit or one-combo kill meta it hardly matters as often one is dead even before the start of an abnormal state animation has finished.

You mean CC Recovery time? If so, more than agreed, this should be the same for every class... I don't understand.

Yes that's exactly what I mean. Crowd Control skills are what put others into abnormal state like being knocked down etc. And sadly it has been long an issue for few classes that they stay down longer for some reason and this affects literally everything from getting out of end of V-animation to getting off from cheer etc animation and so on. It is not like it is 2x time but it is noticeable.. just test it with awaken witch if you want to see the difference.

I feel it on my Shai, its unfair. no good reason for it to be a thing.

Higher FPS issue is different one, and it relates to everything that happens ingame. That is another problem that has been ingame for years and afaik Pearl Abyss has tried to fix or even called it fixed but in the end failed. In layman terms your animations complete faster so you can put in next skill faster higher your fps is but I think it has something to do with tick speed game is running too, who knows if even PA can't get it fixed. This goes in same category as the stutters and freezing when doing movement skill and finding yourself traveled way way further than skill intended etc. Fun stuff that's been there always and PA can't seem to fix without reworking whole of their engine and netcode.

Also the variation to recovering that FPS makes is milliseconds where as the variation of recovery times for various classes can be counted in seconds if slowed. Also the class based variation should be easily fixed too, same as finetuning any class modifier.

What I suggest is that you make your own new post about FPS as it is different issue than one I talk about even if it does affect this one too.
