So as the tittle says, i want to express my thoughts on why people using the tickets to report basically anything instead of the forums. (in their majority at least)

Tickets are private.

They have already placed categories and what needs to be added in well made sections.

Epic jokes with the GMs.

Cons, zero. I mean ok we have to wait 1-2 days to get an answer but who cares its a 100% hit in someones ears from the inside.

Forums are public , someone could have reassons to avoid that. (idk) 

There is no guarantee that it will hit the ears of PA.

It may raises a comment fight that most people dont have the energy to invest cause we have to grind, no time to waste.

SO maybe implement the forums in a way that represents the ticket system? UI wise. 

See why it works for people and use its Cons instead of forcing us to use notepad. 

1, Not issue for most, u can use alt account etc anyway if you want.

2, It will not hit PA either way, support staff is entirely different than the ones that could handle suggestions/bugreports

3, Irrelevant, you don't need to answer anyone, noone reads it anyway.

You only get a few % of the players that are willing to put some effort into coming here on top of that those people are pretty much the same so it's good that PA don't pay attention to it sadly.

It's like people on twitter/reddit thinking that they are the majority and that they have a grasp on reality.

we pretty much have zero communication from devs, so people simple gave up talk to wall.

PA does go throught he forums, moderate and read through what people are saying and most likely keeping notes. Unfortuantely if every suggestion made by players were added into the game, it would be a ridiculous game LOL

I can't really speak on behalf of PA, but I'm pretty sure they take your words to heart, except CatDK, he's a troll. If you guys want to ask us (Ambas) or staff questions, you can shoot us a message on Discord or in-game and we'll do what we can to help. Kindly remember that PA North America / Europe are not developers (as far as I know) so we're all on the mercy on what KR decides.

If you want more communication, what would you like more of and how would you prefer hearing about it? For example, there was the Twitch stream a few days ago, what would you like to see improved? I used to think PA wasn't listening until I became an amba and saw that yes, they do in fact enjoy hearing what you guys have to say (as long as it's constructive). :D

Well, you can see there's 282 pages in the Feedback forum.  Look at their "Adventurer Feedback Board".  It's 2 pages of posts taken from the feedback forum..  Yeah, this is a waste of time.  Especially considering the posts that get upvoted the most are appearance changes -_-
