So i tried opening a ticket and submitted an inquiry on this matter showing proof that i have a Celestial Horse Calling Horn (Permanent) and a Trainer's Flute (Permanent) in my pearl inventory, they are both open and both work, which i thought couldnt be possible.
The inquiry received a copy paste reply saying they will investigate, when all i asked is if they could just move the Horse Trainers Flute (Permanent) to my seasonal character. It has been ingonred since then and honestly I dont know what to do. I searched online some people who had succeeded in having the item mnoved to another inventory even though it was a one time thind, so i was hopeful but ive received no further replyh on any further inquiry ive made.
Is there nothing that can be done?
Hi there, when did you receive the last reply? Truthfully, only GMs can solve this issue for you, as there is no other option to move the two items. Remember that we just had a long weekend in many countries, so support is likely to be down to just a skeleton staff during that time, and may only reply to urgent issues.
27-29 was free in many countries, 28 would be one working day, and today is patch day. So far, youre waiting 2 working days. Thats very common. Please wait a few days more. If there is no further answer, send another reply to your ticket to confirm that it is still open.
