The current implementation of the tagging system seems a little bit outdated. Over the years many classes have been added, a lot of us are enjoying multiple classes, maybe for different grind spots or activities or even just for aesthetics. The current tagging system has two major flaws:
- Costs for tagging is too high to keep rotating classes

- Costs for tagging is too high to keep rotating classes
- Only 1 class can be tagged for a total of two combat ready characters
This is very punishing towards players who either haven't found their main class yet or are generally enjoying multiple classes.
The ideal solution, in my opinion, would be to remove the tag system all together and make it so that there is only one Succession, one Awakening and one Sub-weapon type that issn't class specific. This works perfectly fine for all other gear slots as well! That way everybody could enjoy whatever class they feel like playing RIGHT NOW, not what is dictated by their budget or whether or not we have a tagging event once again. I can definitely say for myself that I enjoy playing BDO the most during any tagging event. I explore all kinds of classes, test them out at different grind spots or just learn their strengths/weaknesses to improve in PvP.

This could potentially also have an increase in inventory/weight/flute etc. sales, as more players would be playing more different classes regulary.

I think i'd just prefer more tag slots tbh, but the motivation behind the idea i get behind.

Yea yea. They will implemment this and i will still need another awakening weapon. Honestly just fucking great.

I don't understand why anyone would want their entire family following their main all over the map. Multiple tags would make a bit more sense, maybe. That is, having the option tag any "free" character to a 2nd.
Wouldn't solve your desire to cheap on gear though, quite the contrary. Then again, if what all of you are asking for gets implemented, what are you going to do with all the spare mid-tier gear? vendor it? 'cause no one's gonna buy it for sure. Add another nail in the game's economy for convenience's sake.
