This has been something that's been bothering me for a while and I just wished if I could discuss it with other players.

It's just that I worry and care about the continued development of BDO that I ponder upon this and though I know they have their right to make whatever decisions they'd like as a company, especially that I lack the knowledge that they have behind the scenes, but I just feel it matters to me as a customer when I wish to invest more money and time into the game.

My thoughts are just, how are PA working on 3 new AAA titles while BDO/BDM and Eve are their main source of income and they're a somewhat new company?
Do you all trust that they are managing to invest in the development of all 4 PA games at the same time well enough and that their development altogether is not hindering BDO's content development too much?
I'm not saying that a company shouldn't try to expand and continue working on new IP, I'd just like to have a discussion with you all to see if others trust that they're doing it right because what has been revealed of the 3 games so far doesn't show them being easy to develop and they might require a large amount of investment to be developed altogether and I have no knowledge of PA's current capabilities.

So what are your thoughts? Please share them, thanks!

If I'm not mistaken, BDO is the only game actually keeping them afloat and making them the big bucks...the others are all just there, draining resources or being complete flops, so, are these pulling resources and development time from BDO? Always have been, that's why the game takes so long to get anything new.

Do a lot of people trust their invesment managing? Given what I see here on the forums (these or others), that's a big NOPE.

I think PA demonstrated that they are pretty incompetent even with huge budget.

All their games will be mid at best. Who is doke V for? Why radio silence? Already scrapped cuz they realized nobody wants this game?

I will be surprised if crimson gets released and its not a performance disaster with terrible story and same combat that we all already had for a decade (when its out).

I don't know.. it's possible that they just preferred to extend the development time of the games or maybe they're going through a rough time at the moment.
I just hope they plan to keep filling BDO with new content and continue to polish it for at least a decade more, the game does have the potential for that.

I think they bit more than they can chew. Their new Black Space Engine, on which I think they bet a lot since one of the strongest selling point of BDO was its visuals, looks already outdated even before the first game using it has been released.

So what do they still have left ? Their incredible gamedsign talent ?... Well, that doesn't look so god.

I for one wouldn't mind getting my hands on Crimson Desert, even if that means spending some bucks. BDO without red players, without the chat about genderlocked classes, and maybe an actual story worth following ? Shut up and take my money !
