Yes I could have given it a better name, but I didn't. :D

I was thinking, most of us ended up here because there was something about the game we didn't like. Probably put in a ticket and then were redirected here.. and then just kind of stuck around making suggestions, complaining and arguing.

Which has been fun! But rarely do I ever see(or post) positive feedback.

So I was thinking today, "why not have a positive feedback thread" and also "name it THE BOOTLICKING THREAD it will be funny"

So here it is.

I'm not a mod and I'm not your mom so I cant tell you how to post, but here is my proposal:

>. Keep posts to a single subject.
>. You can make as many posts as you want, but don't make 2 posts back to back. ie: wait for at least one other person to post before you add another.
>. If there is something big that you're really passionate about, and you think it deserves an entire thread... Then make a new thread! This thread is just for the things we appreciate but didn't feel worth making a thread about.

Will GMs read it? Who knows
Will it reach Korea? Who knows

I'm already breaking the second rule because I didn't want to drag out OP, but this thread looks like bait if I just ask for positive feedback and don't even add anything myself.

Adding Shai to Glorious Shudad Classic box. She wasn't included for the longest time and instead just had a Shai specific box that was usually forgotten about during sales. I had a Glorious Shudad Classic Set rot in storage for several months because Shai could not open it, despite Shai having a Glorious Shudad Classic outfit. This was fixed a month or two ago, its something so small that it could have been overlooked forever but it wasnt. ❤

Combat, open world pvp, visuals and the way the world mobs and classes are designed. Thats what bring me to BDO.

Here's my bootlick,

Changing Training XP so that you just, earn XP for riding all the time. I leveled most horses to 30 just to get the higher % of EXP from leveling. I'm not forced to do that anymore so I can just Imperial them at low level and move on to the next horse, thus making a bit more coin. So, thanks for that Devs.

The recent upping of Family Inventory weight availability to compensate for the use of Worker food being directly used from the family inventory.  Heck the recent update to allow worker food to be used from the family inventory.

Both of those are very good QoL changes, thank you.

Crystal Presets! 

I know some players disliked this as it replaced a system of gear customization with an arbitrary power system. As a fan of the old real RPGs I think I get this

But the old Crystals system really didnt work for me. I just felt pigeonholed into whatever content I was gemmed for.

Gem for PvP? PvE feels bad

Gemmed for Oluns? Ehh now Im nerfed for solo content in the off chance someone wants to do oluns this week.

I also felt discouraged from trying new spots like Crypt or Quint because I would need to regem for accuracy among other things, but then maybe I wouldnt like it and then need to regem again.. So instead I just stayed at Hexe. 

The Crystal Preset system is something that I had talked to guildies about in the past and it is almost exactly what I described wanting to see. I never bothered making a thread about it because I didnt even dare dream that such a change was even an option. 👍

Also the ability to easily swap into an empty or cheap and disposable preset is great for moving into and learning new content
