Unable to Pick Up Recurring Confronting Leebur Quest, have completed in past

Exactly what the title says. When I pick up my weekly scrolls from Black Spirit, can't pick up the scroll quest for Leebur. I have Leebur gloves that need to be reformed and would rather not spend loyalties just to fix what would otherwise be a free part of the game. This broke about 2-3 weeks ago, so it's not a matter of not having waited long enough. I previously completed the quest, am level 60, and have completed the main quest all the way through part of black star.

Were you able to complete the quest on a different character? The requirement for the leebur scrolls is to complete the Drieghan Main quest

I have completed Drieghan Main quest on both characters on my account; furthermore the character I initially ran into the problem with has previously picked up the Leebur scroll from Black Spirit

I see. In that case please check that you have all quest types active. If yes, then please send a ticket to support, so they can investigate if something happened to your character.
