Witch & Wiz
1: Healing lighthouse and Sages Light while cast in aad sphera no longer putting you in main hand, can easily just recycle an animation for this, and the QoL will be insane.
2: Magical shield while cast in aad shpera no longer putting you in main hand. Again, another huge QoL
Witch specifically (these are just my opinion, unlike the QoL changes above)
1: Detonative flow key input changed, and W+F replaced with a skill similar to hellfire for forward movement (Witch lacks movement, like, very very bad in this super speed class meta), a lightning version of hellfire, this skill is very niche as you never take the core for it because core fissure wave is so much more useful, and it is not needed for witch comboing, therefor it mainly goes unused unless ur cheesing high ground in nodewar or seige, outside of that, useless skill. Also, unprotected cuz u never take the core.
2: Equilibrium break - Change EB effect to be in an area around the caster, earth erupting in a circle around the witch similar to a small earthquake (Think aqua jail aoe), most of awaken witches skills are circle aoes in front of her, shes only got 1 actual AOE around her in awaken, shes kinda lacking in this dept so hitting things behind her is lacking.
for the love of all that is holy dont change hellfire stun to stiffen, unless u make it do stiffen with duration of stun. -.-
i mean all we needed to for spec to start feeling normal was elementalization that actually works(full iframe), mana shield for melee spec to be more "up", flatten out some pvp class vs class mods, pet formulas looked into, remove that shit airsmash from aqua bomb and fix some janky skills ....
I would propose that rather than deleting detonative flow, it instead be moved to one of the many unused hotkeys. It is her only reliable ranged cc and is more important to the kit than you think, and fills the same role as wizard's aqua bomb.
I also agree with the changes to mana shield, but not to sage's memory.
Sage's memory only seems to work on pre-awake skills, so it makes little sense for that to maintain awake stance rather than swap you to preawake to access the skills it works with as it currently does.

I also agree elementalization should really be a full iframe. as it is now, it often functions more as a self scc that gets you melted during the start up animation.
